Sustainable Forestry

Even as our society becomes more technologically dependent, we are also becoming even more dependent upon the services our nation’s forests provide. From the wood used to construct buildings to serving as a city’s watershed, forests are being asked to deliver multiple services that often seem at odds. Yet active forest management doesn’t come at the cost of sacrificing wildlife habitat.
